In the Healing Art form of Reiki, “Be free from worry” is one of the five main precepts. When I began studying Reiki, over 25 years ago, I began to explore the emotion of worry. I created The Art of Worry workshop as a way to bring together my years of research in a unique and interesting way.

In This Workshop We Will:

• Learn the common ways one expresses worry
• Learn methods and exercises used to encourage worry to lessen
• Facing your fears – experience a guided creative visualization
• Learn about the various levels of fear
• Explore researched truths about fear
• Learn two main ways one tends to hold fear
• Examine paths you can take to lessen fear’s grip
• Learn energy medicine techniques to help reduce fear
