Reiki is an ancient holistic healing art form that uses universal life force energy to heal. Both at The Healing Loft, and online, Reiki Master Teacher and Co-Founder of The Reiki School of Energy Healing and of The Healing Loft Inc., Anne-Marie Caicco, offers all the levels of Usui and Ascension Reiki. First DegreeReiki
The First Degree Reiki Course is a beginner-friendly introduction to the practice of Reiki, focusing on self-healing, energy management, and personal transformation. Reiki Level 1 is the first step on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Before holding space for others, this practice encourages you to clear your own energy, raise your vibration, and expand your consciousness. Many students come to Reiki seeking connection, meaning, and healing—and through this practice, they often find exactly that. Reiki fosters a deep trust in oneself, a sense of inner clarity, and a connection to something greater—Reiki universal life force energy that is always present.

The Second Degree Reiki Course is the next step on your Reiki path, building on the foundation of First Degree while deepening your connection to Reiki energy and your ability to channel it for healing.
A Deeper Inner Journey
This level is both a skill expansion and a continuation of your personal healing. It supports you in working with deeper patterns, helping you move toward greater clarity, freedom, and alignment.
Whether or not you choose to work with others, this training strengthens your connection to your energy, your truth, and your path.
What You Will Learn
During this course, you’ll receive your Second Degree Reiki attunement, opening the door to new ways of sending healing energy.
You’ll learn how to send Reiki across time and space with distance healing, expanding your practice beyond hands-on work. This means you can send healing energy to people, situations, or events anywhere in the world, or across time, bringing the gentle power of Reiki into every corner of your life.
You will also be introduced to three sacred Reiki symbols and their mantras, learning how to use them to focus energy for mental and emotional healing, distance work, and deeper energetic support.
A highlight of this course is the exploration of ancestral healing, helping you to connect with your family tree and use Reiki healing energy to honour, release, and transform intergenerational patterns.
Guided exercises and distance healing practice sessions give you hands-on experience sending and receiving Reiki energy to yourself and your family lineage, strengthening your intuition along the way.
By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of Reiki, expanded healing abilities, and the confidence to integrate this practice into your life.

The Reiki Master Course
Prerequisite: Second Degree Reiki Course
Additional Prerequisite:
An integration period of six months is required after the Second Degree Reiki attunement before entering the Reiki Master Course. This attunement is received on the first day of the Second Degree Reiki Course. During this
integration time, students are encouraged to actively integrate the Reiki teachings and symbols into their daily lives. Students are also
encouraged to memorize the three Second Degree Reiki symbols
in preparation for this next level of training.
A Path of Deepening and Embodiment
The Reiki Master Course is a significant and transformative step on your Reiki path, supporting you in deepening your understanding, commitment, and ability to work with Reiki energy at a more refined and powerful level. This level invites you into a higher level of personal responsibility, awareness, and energetic integrity. It is not only about expanding your skills, but about embodying Reiki more fully in your everyday life. As you continue your journey, you are supported in working with deeper energetic patterns, strengthening your intuition, and aligning more fully with your path.
What You Will Learn
You will receive your Reiki Master attunement, further refining and amplifying your ability to channel Reiki energy. This attunement is often experienced as a profound energetic shift, deepening your connection to Reiki, your spiritual path, and your sense of purpose.
You will be introduced to three Reiki Master symbols and their corresponding mantras. These sacred symbols enhance the flow of Reiki energy and may be used to support healing, spiritual growth, and personal transformation.
As part of this lineage, you will also learn two advanced healing techniques: the 4-Symbol Attunement and the 6-Symbol Attunement. The 4-Symbol Attunement supports the release of energetic patterns that no longer serve, while the 6-Symbol Attunement helps to invite in supportive energies for manifestation and realization.
Throughout the course, you will both give and receive multiple healing sessions using these techniques, supporting your own healing and evolution while gaining practical, hands-on experience.
You will also receive guidance and tools to deepen your self-healing practice, along with expanded knowledge on how to integrate Reiki into your life with greater awareness and intention.
Additional teachings include ways to enhance First and Second Degree Reiki techniques using the Master symbols, as well as important considerations around ethics, responsibility, and integrity as a Reiki Healer.
By the end of the course, you will carry a deeper embodiment of Reiki energy, expanded awareness, and increased confidence in your ability to work with energy in a meaningful and grounded way.
You will receive a Reiki Master Manual in digital PDF format and a Reiki Master Certificate from The Reiki School of Energy Healing.
After completing this course, you may use the title “Reiki Master.”

The Reiki Master Practitioner Training Program
Prerequisite: The Reiki Master Course
The Reiki Master Practitioner Training Program is designed to empower Reiki Masters with the knowledge and skills to become accomplished Reiki Master Practitioners. Completing the Reiki Practitioner Training Program adds to a practitioner’s professional credibility. Clients are more likely to seek out and trust practitioners who have formal practitioner training and certification. This trust is crucial for creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and open to the healing process.
With a focus on the client-practitioner relationship, this program is designed to delve into the intricacies of building and maintaining effective and connected relationships between Reiki Master Practitioners and their clients.
This program includes training on administering Reiki sessions, starting with the Reiki Practitioner’s introduction to a client, to the conclusion of a healing session and beyond. This training not only enhances the quality of each session, but also allows practitioners to adapt their approach to meet individual client needs, leading to more personalized and powerful Reiki treatments.
There is also instruction on how to administer remote healing sessions and on working with a pendulum.
The program also focuses on both intuition development, the art of sensing energy, and on utilizing multiple ways to assess a client's energy field during a Reiki session. These skills create the possibility of accessing more energetic feedback to share with the client during and after their Reiki treatment. These practices heighten a practitioner’s intuitive abilities and sensitivity to energy fields. Enhanced intuition and the ability to sense energy enables practitioners to detect and address subtle imbalances in a client’s energy, providing more targeted and impactful healing. This heightened sensitivity can lead to quicker identification of issues and more profound results.
In this advanced Practitioner Training Program, Reiki Master Practitioners also learn more about the ethical considerations and responsibilities involved in practicing Reiki. This includes respecting client confidentiality, understanding the limits of Reiki healing, scope of practice, code of ethics and maintaining professionalism.
After completing this training program, participants may use the title, “Reiki Master Practitioner.”
Class graduates may choose to become Members of The Reiki School of Energy Healing as a Reiki Master Practitioner. Membership offers you the opportunity to continue growing within the School's supportive and like-minded Reiki community. Benefits include access to advanced-level training, a private community portal, regular gatherings to deepen connection and learning, as well as visibility through our website and social media features - along with ongoing opportunities for expansion.
In addition, the Reiki Master Practitioner Training Program is one of the pathways into the Reiki Master Teacher Program. Students may also enter the Reiki Master Teacher Program after completing the Reiki Master Course and fulfilling the required one-year integration period after the Reiki Master attunement.

Ascension Reiki Courses
Ascension Reiki honours the first three traditional degrees of Usui Reiki, and then continues the Reiki concepts and teachings with new symbols and new energy information, beginning with Fourth Degree Ascension Reiki and progressing all the way to the Twenty-First Degree of Ascension Reiki.
These courses introduce you to the Ascension Reiki lineage, as well as to Shamanic Reiki and Shamanic Journeys.
You will learn new Ascension Reiki Symbols in each degree. The focus is on your own ascension process and shifting into higher dimensions of consciousness aided by these new symbols, and also aided by the Shamanic journeys, meditation practices and higher consciousness teachings.
Each level of Ascension Reiki helps to move you further along on your path of Ascension by raising your vibrational awareness, and by providing you with new tools and techniques and new methods of working with spiritual energy.
In my teaching of Ascension Reiki, I have combined Ascension teachings with Shamanic teachings. With each level of Ascension Reiki, we move into higher levels of Ascension and deeper levels of Shamanism.
