💕A Love Letter to the Breath💕 There’s something sacred about watching a person breathe. Not just the everyday breath that keeps us moving through life — but the kind of breath that cracks open something deep inside. The kind that shakes loose the stuck emotions we’ve been carrying for far too long. The kind that says, “I’m ready to let go.” Facilitating Somatic Breathwork isn’t just something I do — it’s something I love. Something I live. Each session is a ceremony, a gentle unraveling, a return to the body. And I get the honor of holding space while people remember what it feels like to be free, even for just a moment. 💫Tonight I gathered together at The Healing Loft in Sault, Canada with a group of incredible students for class 3 of 6 of the Reiki Master Course! 🌟 We dove into profound discussions about the vibration of emotions, the possibilities for higher vibration realities, and we explored how Reiki embodies and radiates loving kindness. One of the highlights of the evening was guiding my students through an experiential exercise I call “receiving yin messages,” which helps them tune into the vibrational frequencies that may or may not be fully integrated into their system. This practice allows them to become more aware of their energy and to fill their energetic voids in order to embody a sense of wholeness and completeness. ✨✨✨ We also explored two powerful Reiki attunements. Students practiced working with the 4-symbol attunement to release what no longer serves them and the 6-symbol attunement to manifest their desires. Witnessing their growth and understanding was truly beautiful.💖 Our conversation extended to the importance of energetic protection, the transformative power of loving kindness, and the crucial role of maintaining a balanced energy system.
