About
Held at the historic Machine Shop in downtown Sault Ste. Marie, the festival kicks off Friday evening from 5pm–10pm with an opening ceremony, wellness sessions, a curated local vendor market, mocktails, and time to relax, connect, and settle into the weekend.
The experience continues throughout Saturday with inspiring speakers, wellness activities, shopping, and meaningful connections, before wrapping up Saturday night with a live DJ, dancing, and a celebration.
Every attendee will also receive a swag bag filled with gifts, discounts, and special offers from local businesses and community partners.

Description Title
We're looking for facilitators offering powerful, embodied experiences — movement, meditation, energy work, breath, creativity, or holistic education.
Programming is mostly curated by invitation, but we welcome a limited number of applications from teachers whose work aligns with our values.
- 500+ hours of teaching experience
- Experience leading large group sessions
- Current liability insurance
- Engaged community (nice to have)
Vend in the market
A curated marketplace of holistic services, handmade goods, artisans, wellness brands, and nourishing food. Connect with an engaged, intentional audience.
- Outdoor under-the-rink market (weather permitting) or inside the heritage venue
- Friday 5–10 pm + Saturday 8 am–6 pm
Help build the weekend from the inside
Trade a few hours of your time for free admission and the chance to join select sessions. Roles include registration, session shepherding, presenter support, and floor flow.

Is the festival good for beginners?
Sessions are available for every fitness level in a “choose your own adventure” style experience. You don't even have to attend a workout as there will be a variety of talks, workshops, and restorative options available.

Can I only attend one day?
Yes! See our Saturday only pass option.
What should I bring?
Bring your yoga mat and any other equipment or props you enjoy using. We'll also have some options available for purchase on-site.
Is the venue accessible?
The main vendor area and most rooms are accessible.
What is the refund policy?
All tickets are final sale. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else.
